When death occurs in a family, the Jamaat takes the responsibility of organising the funeral through the Ghusl and Kafan Committee. This includes transporting the Mayyit to the Husaini Islamic Centre, Ghusl, Kafan, Burial and Siyaka Majlis/Nyaz.

The only task left to the family is that of obtaining the Death and Burial Certificates and meeting the expenses.
