The 2015 Annual General Meeting of The Khoja Shia Ithna-Asher Muslim Community of Peterborough will Insha Allah be held at Husaini Islamic Centre on Saturday 19th September 2015 at 8:00pm.
Please note:
1) As per constitution clause 16, the quorum for all General Meetings will be twenty (20%) per cent of paid up members. This means that members subscriptions should be at least be paid up to 19th September 2015.
2) As per constitution clause 16 (v) – Any member of The Community may put forward a motion for consideration at any General Meeting provided that such motion is proposed and seconded in writing and delivered to the Secretary General who shall then give at least seven (7) clear days notice of the motion to the members of The Community by display on the notice board and/or by electronic communication.
